Remind yourself , Sunday December 26th a violent tidal wave destroyed everything in its path. According to the last reports, the number of deaths and missing peoples has surpassed 280 000.

Following this tragic event, several student associations decided to mobilize and contribute a vast movement of international solidarity.

These associations acted in coordination with different NGOs present on the ground. The actions conducted were:

1. The collection of funds from faculties and their students
2. The creation of posters to inform the public
3. The sensitization of the public
4. The organization of various charitable events with students

Thanks to gifts that were collected, around 1100€ were distributed among 5 NGOs: Action Against Hunger, Red Cross, ORT, Aid and Action, UNICEF.

Every gesture that you make, every moment of action of solidarity could save millions of lives.

During the month of January, all of the fees for participation in the activities of the CIJP were given to the association "Action Against Hunger", in the setting of the operation "Solidarity Asia".
